Five qualification programmes — Certificate to Doctorate. Eight Kingdom Pathways. Twenty-four Orders of service. Formation that is structured, progressive, and aligned with the full scope of the Kingdom Governance System.
Before any qualification programme begins, every new member completes the Induction. This is not an orientation paperwork exercise — it is a structured 12-week formation stage that discovers your giftings, aligns you with the governance framework, and places you in the right community and pathway.
Two pathways into Induction: the Reconditioning Programme for existing believers re-engaging with structured formation, and the Beginners Programme for those new to the Kingdom life. Both lead to the Community Programme — the Inner Court of the Induction — before placement into a permanent Sceptre Community.
Each programme is aligned with a competence level, a Kingdom Pathway, and a set of Service Orders. Formation is progressive — not just credential accumulation, but a deepening of identity, responsibility, and governance capacity.
Foundational formation. Establishes identity in Christ, introduces the governance framework, and prepares the disciple for active community participation and initial service roles.
Developing servant-leaders with practical ministry competence. Deepens theological grounding, activates service within the 24 Orders, and introduces leadership responsibilities within the Sceptre Community structure.
Functional ministry leadership and community coordination. Prepares leaders to govern Sceptre Communities, coordinate Church Collectives, and steward formation pipelines within their sphere of authority.
Strategic leadership formation and governance oversight. Equips leaders for district and regional responsibility, multi-community oversight, and the stewardship of structures, resources, and formation systems at scale.
The highest formation tier. Prepares apostolic stewards for system-level oversight, governance architecture, and the stewardship of the Kingdom Governance System across regions and generations. Content authorship and framework development at this level.
Every disciple finds their function within one of 24 Orders of Kingdom Service, distributed across six Service Domains. Service Orders are not titles — they are assignments that align calling with function within the movement.
